Spring 2008:
- CSCI 7 (Two sections)
- CSCI 14
- CSCI 20
- CSCI 9922
- Math 8
CSCI 14 section ON1: First meeting Tuesday Jan 22 at 6:30pm in room 3902. This class is team taught by Jonthan Traugott and Wanda Wong.
- Textbook: "C++ Programming, From Problem Analysis to Program Design" by D.S. Malik. Available at the Chabot College Bookstore. Please buy the shrinkwrapped version that is shelved under section number ON1. This version includes a Software CD that is not included with the other section's book.
- Course Materials will be available on Blackboard (http://clpccd.blackboard.com ) starting Jan 20
- Note: CSCI 7 may be taken simultaneously with CSCI 14. This is strongly recommended (but not required) if CSCI 14 is your first programming course. CSCI 7 is a late start class (See below.)
CSCI 7 Section E01 (MW Daytime Section): The first class meeting will be Monday February 11 at noon in room 3902
CSCI 7 Section EN1 (Monday evening Section): The first class meeting will be Monday February 11 at 6:30pm in room 1814
- This is a hybrid course. That means we will meet on Campus only half as many hours an in a reqular on campus class. The other half of the course will be delivered online via Blackboard.
- Note: The time currently listed in the Course Schedule and Class Web is wrong: The class meets from 6:30pm to 8:25pm rather than from 6:30pm until 10:10pm
Both Sections of CSCI 7:
- Textbook: "A Balanced Introduction to Computer Programming" by David Reed (0-13-046709-X)
- The textbook is available at the Chabot College Bookstore
- Course Materials will be available on Blackboard (http://clpccd.blackboard.com ) starting Feb 3rd.
